The main screen of Swift McNeil aligns to the McNeil process:

  1. Discipline Records - maintain Disciplinary Records/ Service Records Of Discipline (SRODs)

  2. Initial Disclosure - completed for each Report to Crown Council (RTCC)

  3. Secondary Disclosure - McNeil records escalated to Professional Standards for Review

  4. Reports - basic system reporting

  5. Settings - system configuration settings
